Yes. My breakfast only varies slightly from one day to the next. I love eggs but, unlike the lead photo, the white have to be cooked through - even if the yolks are runny...!! 🍳👍

Oh, lol, I do not eat them when they look like they are in the photo. Yes, definitely need the whites to be cooked. The finished product just didn't look as good in a picture. 😁

Todd, I've been thinking about your diet all day. The only thing that worries me is that's a lot of eggs.

Thanks Pam. Science has gone back and forth when it comes to eggs and cholesterol. Fortunately, I get blood work every year from the VA, so I will watch my numbers. But from what I'm reading since the rest of what I'm eating is pretty good, the three eggs a day should be fine.

Oh, I'm so glad to know that you get blood work regularly. That's how I got on a statin that works for me, even though my cholesterol was only 225 , and now it's 146, so i'm very happy with that.

I agree, there's so much back-and-forth about certain things in our diets. A few years ago I was prescribed massive doses of vitamin D, and now they don't even check. I don't know what changed, but I'm so glad that you're focusing on building a healthier body by your food intake. Bon appetite 😋
